The definition of collusion is a “secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, esp. in order to cheat or deceive others.” One might say that tracking your online activities unbeknownst to you is collusion. Some may say it’s a stretch, but no matter what, consumer privacy on the web is one of the most important and hot topics that has been around since the early days of the Internet.
